📸 Instagram Strategy & Content Package $1800 / per month
For the busy entrepreneur or influencer who wants an effective strategy, and intentional and beautiful content done-for-you each month. You guide the strategy, the voice, and the message, manage your community, and we’ll do the rest. *Minimum commitment of 3 months required*
What’s included:
A monthly, one-hour strategy meeting with my team to discuss your goals, your audience, and what kind of content will make the biggest impact for you this month
A detailed content calendar, complete with 20 post ideas, and a short to-do list of contributions we need from you, in order to create the most effective and authentic content possible
20 high-quality feed posts, scheduled and ready to go in Later, including captions, hashtags, and imagery (photos, graphics, videos - whatever is going to serve your audience best, we’ll create it)
We will schedule your Instagram content directly in the Instagram app, where it will be posted automatically on the scheduled day and time (optional)

How it works:
Step 1: The Strategy Meeting
The first step in our process will be a one-hour-long consultation where you’ll talk with your Creator Account Manager about your goals, ideal audience, current content strategy, and business plans.
Step 2: The Content Calendar
With all of the great info we gained from our consultation conversation, my team and I will create a custom content calendar and strategy for your Instagram. We'll send it over to you for you to review. Plus, we'll include a to-do list of content for your to submit to fill out the calendar. This could include caption notes, videos of you. photos of you. and anything else that will make the content come together beautifully.
Step 3: Your Homework
Trust us, it's so much more fun than it sounds! After we send over the to-do list for you, you'll have about a week to collect the images and information we need, and send it over to us via Google Drive. Once we've got all the content we need from you, we can move to on to the next step.
Step 4: Content Creation
With our strategy, and your submitted content, we'll be ready to make some magic happen. We’ll take what we have and create 20 beautiful and strategic pieces of content for your Instagram. Finally, we'll deliver them by scheduling them in Later, our favourite content scheduling app.

Launch Services $500
Starting your podcast from scratch? We can help with your launch. Whether you want to use your own website (Squarespace or Wordpress) or if you want to use a third party service like Simplecast or Anchor, our podcast manager will create your RSS feed, and get it submitted and approved to all the major podcasting services (Apple Podcasts, Google Play, and Spotify). All you have to do is have a vision, and record the content. Let us take care of the rest.
*Note: to launch a podcast you need to have at least one episode prepared to launch with. This launch package does not include the cost of editing any episodes. Please see above pricing for details about editing podcast episodes.
Podcast Artwork $450
Need some beautiful branding? We’ll design a 1300x1300 pixel artwork to represent the brand and message of your podcast. This can include photos, text art, or hand lettering, depending on what suits your brand best.
Intro & Outro Creation $350
This includes a professionally edited intro and outro track, delivered as MP3 files for you (or us!) to use in future podcast episode edits. We'll find music that suits your brand, and present three tracks that you can choose from (this package includes the cost of licensing the music). You'll write your intro and outro dialogue, record them, and send over the audio files and we'll do the rest!
The Podcast Audit
The Podcast Audit is a deep dive into your podcast, looking at areas that you’re excelling in, and going over ways you could improve and optimize your show for the future. We’ll go over:
Audio quality and production value (and easy tips to make it better)
The structure of the show, how engaging it is, and how well you keep the listener’s attention
The quality of your ads (or, if you’re not currently running ads, ideas for ways you could monetize your show)
SEO optimization - how are your titles and show notes, and are they helping your podcast get discovered in search results?
Marketing (how do you share your podcast on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
In addition to that in-depth analysis, I’ll also provide you with a plan for marketing your podcast in the future. If you’re not sure where to start in terms of promotion, this is the perfect start. I’ll give you a road map of recurring content you can create with your podcast to generate traffic to your show and turn them into loyal listeners.

YouTube Strategy Support $950
