A detailed content calendar, complete with 20 post ideas, and a short to-do list of contributions we need from you, in order to create the most effective and authentic content possible
💻 Content Creation
20 high-quality feed posts, scheduled and ready to go in Later, including captions, hashtags, and imagery (photos, graphics, videos - whatever is going to serve your audience best, we’ll create it)

We will schedule all of your content once approved right within the Instagram app. Each post will be auto-published, so you don’t have to worry about manually posting anything.

How it works:

Step 1: The Strategy Meeting
The first step in our process will be a one-hour-long consultation where you’ll talk with your Creator Account Manager about your goals, ideal audience, current content strategy, and business plans.

Step 2: The Content Calendar
With all of the great info we gained from our consultation conversation, my team and I will create a custom content calendar and strategy for your Instagram. We'll send it over to you for you to review. Plus, we'll include a to-do list of content for your to submit to fill out the calendar. This could include caption notes, videos of you. photos of you. and anything else that will make the content come together beautifully.

Step 3: Your Homework
Trust me, it's so much more fun than it sounds! After we send over the to-do list for you, you'll have about a week to collect the images and information we need, and send it over to us via Google Drive. Once we've got all the content we need from you, we can move to on to the next step.

Step 4: Content Creation
With our strategy and your submitted content, we'll be ready to make some magic happen. We’ll take what we have and create 20 beautiful and strategic pieces of content for your Instagram. Finally, we'll schedule everything directly on Instagram.

How long does it take you to create my Instagram content?
We have our Instagram content creation cycle down to a science - which means you don’t have to stress about timing or consistency with your Instagram. We batch create content a month at a time, which means at the start of August, we’re working on September’s content. This allows us to be intentional about our strategy, incorporate your voice and contributions, and ensure we’re providing value with every post - not just posting for the sake of posting. Ultimately, what this means is, when we start working together you can expect to see your content completed in about 4 weeks, depending on the month.
How much will I, as the client, be involved in the Instagram content creation process?
We take pride in offering a uniquely collaborative content creation process for our clients. We believe that the strategy for success on Instagram is being authentic, and sharing as much of yourself as possible. It’s our mission as a team to help you do that. There are three main touchpoints where you’ll be involved throughout the content creation process: 1) the strategy meeting - a one-hour call each month where we’ll discuss your goals and ideals 2) the content calendar review - you’ll get a chance to provide feedback on our content plan before we dive into creating it and send any contributions we need from you to start creating, and 3) the final review, where you’ll have a chance to provide last-minute feedback on the finalized content before it gets published.
Can you help me get 10,000 followers by the end of the month?
The short answer? No. The long answer? Real, organic growth takes time, and here at Creatorly Media, we like to focus on more important indicators of success than follower count. Community engagement and sales conversions are the priority when we design your content strategy. When you work with us, you’re buying a content package that’s designed to represent your brand well and reach your goals - you’re not buying an instant ticket to the swipe-up feature. How do you create your Instagram strategies? How do you know they will work?
We develop our strategies based on tried and tested methods for generating engagement building communities - really it all comes down to experimenting, and measuring results. The longer we work together, the more data we’ll gather on your audience and how they respond to the content we’re making, which allows us to continually optimize your Instagram content to work harder toward your goals.
Will I get to work 1:1 with Katie Steckly?
Katie is the founder and creative strategist behind Creatorly Media, you might know her from YouTube. She develops our content creation processes and guides the overall creative strategy. But, Creatorly is not a one-woman show, and so you’ll be working with a few people from the team throughout your project. Instagram and YouTube clients will be paired with a Creator Account Manager who is passionate about your brand and subject area, who will guide you through the creative and strategic side of the Instagram process. Podcast clients will get to know our Podcast Manager, and all of our clients will become familiar with Shelby, our Client Support Specialist who will be your go-to for any administrative or logistical questions.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Work-life balance is so important, especially for creatives. We keep a (somewhat) regular schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET on weekdays and will reply to your emails within that time frame as promptly as we’re able. Unfortunately, we’re not able to field client requests via Instagram DM so please make sure to email us if you have any questions!
