Will I get to work 1:1 with Katie Steckly?
Katie is the founder and creative strategist behind Creatorly Media, you might know her from YouTube. She develops our content creation processes and guides the overall creative strategy. But, Creatorly is not a one-woman show, and so you’ll be working with a few people from the team throughout your project. Instagram and YouTube clients will be paired with a Creator Account Manager who is passionate about your brand and subject area, who will guide you through the creative and strategic side of the Instagram process. Podcast clients will get to know our Podcast Manager, and all of our clients will become familiar with Shelby, our Client Support Specialist who will be your go-to for any administrative or logistical questions.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Work-life balance is so important, especially for creatives. We keep a (somewhat) regular schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET on weekdays and will reply to your emails within that time frame as promptly as we’re able. Unfortunately, we’re not able to field client requests via Instagram DM so please make sure to email us if you have any questions!
