How I set my rates for brand deals and digital products

Despite what you might have heard, there is no perfect formula for calculating your rates as a creator - there are so many factors involved that aren’t just the size of your audience. The niche you’re in, the size of the brands that you’re partnering with, the deliverables you’re offering - and many other factors will help determine what you can reasonably charge (aka what brands will agree to)

But these same struggles surpass just setting your brand deal rates - we know as creators how important it is to have multiple streams of income - so as you expand into selling digital products, maybe offering services, or even opening a membership, you need to figure out how to price those things as well.

I’ve definitely struggled with setting prices in the past, but through my journey as an entrepreneur (if you didn’t know, I’m the founder of a creative agency called Creatorly Media) learning to negotiate, learning to know my worth - I’ve settled on some processes for coming up with pricing that I wanna share with you today.

And that’s really the ultimate secret about all this pricing stuff - it’s so unique to you, your business, and your audience. So there isn’t really a cookie cutter approach that you can take. But hopefully, I’ve been able to talk you through some processes and questions you can ask that can at least get you started; but it’s always going to be a learning experience and lots of experimenting.
